"To honor our flag and promote patriotism in our community and the Rim Country region."
Evolved from the Payson Flag Committee(1995), headed by Ms Lee Pretsch, this Committee is chaired by retired Marine Colonel Bill Sahno and consists of key volunteers from the community of Payson to support the stated mission.
Community Services We Provide:
"To sponsor such activities
and events on appropriate occasions to honor our flag and instill a spirit of
patriotism in our citizens."
Community Projects We Sponsor: Special Occasions: Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July, Patriot Day, Veterans Day and such occasions which are appropriate for citizens to honor the Flag and our Country.
