What is New Beginnings Pregnancy Center? New Beginnings is a faith-based, non-profit organization functioning in the community for the community. We offer support and assistance for both planned and unplanned pregnancies. We respect a woman’s right to make her own choice. We promote abstinence as the best form of birth control outside of marriage; therefore, we do not provide birth control but do offer information on the different methods and their effectiveness. We support and provide information on adoption. New Beginnings is a pro-life organization therefore, we do not perform abortions or refer to agencies that do.
What does New Beginnings Offer?
How do we function? New Beginnings is blessed by the community. local churches, organizations and individuals support the Center through fundraisers, baby showers and monetary donations. We also have wonderful volunteers who keep the Center functioning weekly by working closely with the Clients.
What’s next? Prevention in the school and community is the key. The media is educating our children on sex. New Beginnings will be working in the community and the schools, challenging parents and adolescents to take a look at their own values and opinions on sex. We will do this with our "in-house" Sexual Integrity Program and through the Teen Maze at the schools.
Hope for the future. Our library is set-up and full of books and video's, and our Case Management program is up and running and ready to assist clients who have the desire to make changes in their lives financially. Additional assistance in other areas such as; developing a resume, applying for employment or searching the Internet for community resources will be available for our clients soon.
We are doubling our parenting lessons and hope to offer parenting classes in the near future. Brain Development Curriculum will be added to our Earn While You Learn program to help parents with activities to use at home, with their children.
A new program for men will be available in June 2010. Finally a program to help our Dads and Dads-to-Be know what it means to be a faithful husband and father.

#2 Seeking Volunteers to help with our annual "Teen Maze". The Teen Maze is held in the Spring at Payson's Junior or Senior High School.
#3 Seeking mature, male volunteers to work with young men, using our new program "Men's Fraternity".
#4 We are always in need of volunteers to help with our Mommy Store and sorting donated items. Anyone interested in copying, filing and organizing are welcome too!
