Class Fee: $10/person - AARP Membership not required

THIS ONE-DAY PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR...

● Mature Drivers - 50 years and over - who you are interested in taking a refresher driver safety course which may result in a reduction of your current automobile insurance rates.

● Drivers who participated in a similar class more than 3 years ago and who would like to renew their certificate. 

● Summer & Winter residents/visitors to the Rim Country area are also welcome to take the class.

There will be a 'lunch break'.  Please feel free to pack-a-lunch.

 

THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER OPTION FOR TAKING THIS AARP PROGRAM

Take the AARP Driver Safety Program at your convenience, and in your own home.  Last month, AARP launched a new online course that includes the same valuable information and strategies for safe driving as the classroom program.  The online course fee is $15.95 for AARP members and $19.95 for non-members.  For more information, or to volunteer with the program, call toll free at 1-888-OUR AARP or visit the AARP Driver Safety Program web site at www.aarp.org/drive.

 

Several national organizations co-sponsor the AARP Driver Safety Program including the American Hospital Association, the American Bankers Association, the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.  These co-sponsors provide facilities to hold the course and also help AARP Arizona promote the program in communities statewide.
